Dr. Lewis was born in Midland, Michigan. He graduated from Purdue University and earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lewis completed his internship at Chicago Osteopathic Medical Center and his residency at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Lewis is board certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Lewis is fluent in Spanish. Special interests include gynecologic cancer, laparoscopic surgery and infertility/endometriosis.

Dr. Lewis was in private practice and joined OB•GYN Associates in July of 1995.
