Dr. Byrne was born in Rochester, New York. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. Dr. Byrne completed her residency at University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, New York.

Dr. Byrne is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Special interests include adolescent medical care, obstetrical care and ultrasonography.

Dr. Byrne stated with OB•GYN Associates in January 2007.
